0D provides an AI-powered software generation platform that allows users to create applications based on their descriptions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

The applications you create using our service belong to you. However, 0D retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the service itself, including all related intellectual property rights.

In no event shall 0D, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
